We’re still thinking about this moment from Floral Fiesta…
It was a beautiful afternoon, made even more memorable by the incredible talent in our community. 🙌🏼
We had musicians who set the mood all afternoon, artists who brought color and personality to every corner of the space, and a baker who also happens to be an ASF alum, who made every cupcake a little work of art.
A special thank you to @cheapestees for donating the tote bags, each one hand-painted by the talented @maralove, a true artist and valued member of our community. Those tote bags went home with donors who believed in our students, and we couldn’t think of a better way to thank you. 🌼💛
To everyone who supported Floral Fiesta in any way, you are seen, you are appreciated, and because of you, our mission continues to grow. 🌟

Fue una tarde hermosa, aún más memorable gracias al increíble talento de nuestra comunidad. 🙌🏼
Tuvimos músicos que marcaron el ambiente durante toda la tarde, artistas que le dieron color y personalidad a cada rincón del espacio, y una repostera que además es exalumna de ASF, quien convirtió cada cupcake en una pequeña obra de arte.
Un agradecimiento especial a @cheapestees por donar las bolsas, cada una pintada a mano por la talentosa @maralove, una verdadera artista y valiosa miembra de nuestra comunidad. Esas bolsas se fueron a casa con los donantes que creyeron en nuestros estudiantes, y no podríamos pensar en una mejor manera de agradecerles. 🌸
A todos los que apoyaron Floral Fiesta de alguna manera: son vistos, son apreciados, y gracias a ustedes, nuestra misión sigue creciendo. 🌟

This Earth Day, we’re looking back at two moments that reminded us why environmental education matters, especially for our students in Tijuana. At ASF, we believe that the next generation of leaders our students will become should be ones who lead with respect, for people and for the planet.
A better future starts with students who know how to take care of it. ✨

Este Día de la Tierra, recordamos dos momentos que nos recordaron por qué la educación ambiental es tan importante, especialmente para nuestros estudiantes en Tijuana. En ASF, creemos que la próxima generación de líderes en la que se convertirán nuestros estudiantes debe ser una que lidere con respeto, tanto por las personas como por el planeta.
